CATERING POLICIES

Ordering
Orders must be placed (5) business days from your event date on https://petco.catertrax.com. Please indicate the location where your event will take place when placing your order on CaterTrax.

Custom Orders
Whether you are conducting a department meeting, hosting a customer visit or celebrating a special occasion, our talented chefs will be happy to create a customized menu for your event.

Pop-Up Requests
For order requests less than (5) business days, please place your order as soon as possible and our Catering Department will get back to you. We will do our absolute best to accommodate last minute requests, however not all selections may be available. These requests are considered Pop-Up requests and will be subject to a $25 Pop-Up fee.

Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed via Tracking Message through CaterTrax. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Catering Department.

Guarantees
For events with (50) guests or less, the final guaranteed guest count must be submitted (2) business days prior to your event. This number cannot be reduced.
For events with (51) guests or more, the final guaranteed guest count must be submitted (5) business days prior to your event. This number cannot be reduced.
If a guarantee is not provided by the due date, your final estimate will be used as the guaranteed guest count. Your event will be billed for the actual attendance or the final guaranteed guest count, whichever is greater.

Changes
Order changes made to an event less than (2) business days prior are subject to a $25 fee. We cannot guarantee changes/revisions after a deadline has passed.

Payment
All Catering Orders will require a valid form of payment at least two business days prior to your event. We happily accept either a valid Purchase Order or Credit Card to help complete your order. You may enter this during your check out process on CaterTrax.

If you prefer to pay with Credit Card, we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, P-Cards and T&E Cards.

Order Minimums for Delivery
There is a minimum order of $25 per delivery. If your order falls below $25, there is a delivery charge of $25.

Delivery Fees
All Catering orders in the immediate area will be delivered with no additional fees. For Off-Site requests, a tiered delivery charge will apply based on the final destination. Some locations will incur a fuel surcharge in addition to a delivery charge. Please inquire directly with your Catering Department.

Cancellations
Changes, additions, or cancellations to catering orders must be made to the Catering Department via CaterTrax Tracking Message.

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a minimum of 50% of the total invoice, or up to a 100% charge, to cover the cost of the purchased and prepared food.

Special Services and Rentals
In addition to the food services provided, we will be happy to help coordinate specialty linen, flower arrangements, formal dinnerware, special equipment, and décor at an additional charge. Please contact the Catering Department for assistance.

Linens
Standard in-house linen will be provided to cover all food tables. Standard in-house linens are available to enhance an existing catering order for covering seating or other tables for $5 per linen and $0.50 per linen napkin. Available colors are White or Black. Additional Colors can be accommodated with a minimum of (1) week notice. Please contact the Catering Department for additional linen options (including specialty rental linen).

China
China service utilizing in-house China is available at $5 per person for up to (50) guests. Quantities are limited and assigned to events on a first-come, first served basis when requests are received. If China Service is not available and is requested the charge for rental china will be added to your order. Please speak to your Catering Department if you have China needs for more than (50) guests.

Removing Uneaten Product
Items that remain on the buffet table may be available for you to take home. Please consult with your Catering Department on any items you may wish to take, as certain items will not be permitted to leave the premises. Please note that once the items are packaged, the guest taking home leftovers assumes liability for proper storage and consumption of the leftover product.
Catering staff is not permitted to pack any food to go. Clamshells are available for the purpose of taking leftovers away from your event. Clamshells are charged on consumption of $0.75 per piece. Please be sure to request these in advance.

Catering Equipment
You are responsible for all catering equipment. Any missing or damaged equipment upon pickup will be charged the full replacement value on your Event Catering Order.

Labor
Labor is charged on the hour, not a portion thereof.

Pick-Ups and Deliveries
Catering Requests for Pick-Ups and Deliveries during business hours of 8am-5pm do not incur additional labor charges, unless specialized event services are requested.

After-Hours Labor
Catering Requests during non-business hours require After-Hours Labor of $25 per hour applicable to both service and culinary staff based on the order request.

Chefs, Carvers and Grill Cooks
Specialized services such as chefs, carvers, grill cooks and action stations are available for your event and determined based on the total guest count. Specialized staffing is charged at $25 per hour with a (4) hour minimum.

Servers and Bartenders
Your Catering Department will recommend the appropriate staffing depending on the size and scope of your event. Captains, Bartenders and Servers are charged at $30 per hour with a (4) hour minimum.
Staffing for Full Service Catering will be charged using the standard labor formula:
(2) hours set-up + Event Time + (1) hour break-down*
*Final labor hours may vary depending on the logistics specific to your event
